Music has always been at the heart of my life. The piano was my first love, leading me to earn a bachelor’s degree in piano performance and a master’s degree in piano accompanying. In addition to teaching piano and accompanying, I spent fifteen years as an elementary school teacher in the public sector.

My writing journey began with blogging, where I shared short reflections on life. Then I joined an online poetry circle, where my passion for personal expression through poetry grew.

I live in Oklahoma with my husband, where we raised our three children. Our family has since grown to include a daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and a granddaughter. Sunday dinners around the table are my favorite!
